The international peace convention on the protection of women and children in armed conflict organizing committee will take responsibility of all duly registered participants’ hotel accommodation in Ottawa Canada only.

All registered delegates are be responsible for their own hotel booking in Dakar Senegal, during the second phase of the Conference due to the inability of our partner organizations to mobilize enough funds to sponsor the number of expected delegates to attend both conferences.

Delegates attending IPCPWCAC-2026 conferences and meetings may benefit from special terms in Senegal. The following procedure should be followed in order to simplify the reservation of hotel rooms on the special terms extended.

Delegates must reserve their room direct, i.e. not through an intermediary such as a travel agency or airline etc, at Hotel De LuisTomas.

They must confirm the booking by mailing or faxing this generic confirmation form, which is guaranteed by payment.

Booking reservation code is guaranteed by payment .

When checking in Hotel De LuisTomas, delegates may be required to provide evidence that they are attending the IPCPWCAC-2026 conference. (badge or invitation letter).

The Hotel management will provide a free "Transport Card" valid for the duration of the stay. This card will give you free access to public transport, including buses, Taxis, boats and trains as far as the airport.
